✅ We guide you through how bonding really develops — breaking down connection into everyday caregiving, feeding, play, and soothing…

👶 With my first baby, bonding didn’t come right away even though I was the birthing mom — but within 6 weeks of using these strategies, I went from feeling guilty and worried to truly connected and in love.
💞 I was able to lean on the same tools from the very beginning for our second — and this time, the bond felt natural and immediate.
🤱 My wife used our bonding practices to feel equally included as the non-birthing mom — and our baby turned to her for comfort and security just as much as to me.
🌙 By applying a simple nighttime care framework, we found that responding together at night wasn’t just practical — it strengthened our baby’s attachment to both moms.
🍼 Feeding became more than just nourishment — through a combination of breastfeeding and bottles, we discovered it was a powerful bonding opportunity for both of us.

Dear Two-Mom Families Preparing for Your First Baby...
If you want your baby to feel equally connected, comforted, and secure with both moms from the very beginning…
And if you want to step into motherhood with confidence, clarity, and the reassurance that your bond as a family is strong and unshakable…
Then you’re in the right place.
Here’s why:
I’m Vanessa Ingram — a postpartum educator, doula, and a proud two-mom parent myself.
When my wife and I welcomed our first baby, I remember feeling both overjoyed and overwhelmed. Even with all my training, I found myself wondering: Am I doing this right? Will our baby truly feel connected to both of us in the same way?
We quickly discovered that most parenting resources weren’t written for families like ours. The books, classes, and blogs all seemed to assume “mom and dad.” My wife and I were left piecing together advice that didn’t fully speak to our experience as two mothers.
So we did what so many two-mom families do — we figured it out ourselves.
Day by day, we showed up. We took turns responding to cries, traded off feeds, comforted during the hard moments, and celebrated the sweet ones. And slowly but surely, we began to see the bond growing — not just between our baby and the birthing mom, but with both of us, equally.
That’s when it became so clear: bonding isn’t about biology. It’s about presence, love, and the small daily moments of care.
And once we understood that, everything changed.
I wanted other two-mom families to feel that same relief and reassurance without having to piece it all together on their own. That’s why I created Bonding Foundations for Two-Mom Families — a complete 90-day blueprint that shows you exactly how to nurture secure attachment with your baby, so both moms feel equally connected and confident from the very beginning.
This is the resource I wish I’d had when we started our journey. And now, it’s here for you.
With love and solidarity,
- Vanessa Ingram
